History of the Freemasons Hotel

Bridgetown is situated in the heart of the South West of Western Australia.

Everything is within easy reach and it is the ideal base from which to explore the amazing countryside and surrounding towns and villages. Built in 1904, the historic Freemasons Hotel offers country-style hospitality and the traditional pub experience for all who visit the premises. With 21 well-appointed rooms, from singles to doubles with en-suite, we have a range of accommodation to suit any traveller and our upstairs private balcony offers excellent views.

We have a reputation for the best value food and drink in town and we are also known for the friendliest service. Bridgetown is a picturesque and historic town that is great to visit any time of the year whether it be for the Blues Festival in November, the Festival of Open Gardens in Autumn or just a relaxing long weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
